Acrylic sign blanks cut to your exact dimensions — ready for vinyl, paint, mounting or further fabrication. Standard signage thicknesses in clear, white, black and coloured stock from AU acrylic suppliers.
What we supply
Blanks in stock acrylic, cut to your panel dimensions and corner treatment. Edges flame-polished off the laser, or machined clean off the router for thicker stock.
- Rectangular panels — any aspect ratio, any size to bed limit
- Radiused-corner panels with consistent corner radius
- Profile-cut blanks — shaped to a perimeter file
- Drilled or pocketed for mounting if specified
- Mixed-stock orders — clear, white, coloured in one delivery
How the job runs
Send a single-line drawing or DXF with the blank perimeter, or just send dimensions and corner radius. We confirm thickness and finish, then quote with lead time. Quantity discount applies on larger batches — flag the volume on the request.
Finish and edge notes
Edge finish depends on process and stock — flag what you need.
- Laser cut: flame-polished edge — clear acrylic looks clean
- Router cut: machined edge — finishable, but not flame-polished
- White, black and coloured stock: any edge looks consistent
- Mirror stock: laser only — router scratches the rear silvering

- Do you supply standard sign-blank sizes?
- We cut to any size you need rather than holding stock blanks. Common signage dimensions (e.g. 600 × 300 mm, A2, A3) cut fast — flag the quantity and we'll confirm lead time.
- Can you drill mounting holes in the same pass?
- Yes — provide hole positions and sizes on the file, or specify in the quote notes. Hole drilling adds minimal time and saves the install step.
- Mirror acrylic for sign blanks — how is it cut?
- Mirror is laser cut only. The router would scratch the rear silvering. We orient the sheet face-down on the laser bed so the silvered side stays protected.
